HR Logistics has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 20 years in a variety of ways.  Our founder, Kristie Evans, started her career as a HR practitioner in healthcare working with multiple HR technical initiatives.  Healthcare remains a favorite today and many HRL projects and clients reside in this important industry.

One example of our work with healthcare clients is below:

A large healthcare client with 100,000 employees in 36 states was deploying a Shared Services model for Payroll and Human Resources management.  The model included shifting of HR and Payroll business processes to the assigned shared services hub and implementation of Lawson self service for managers and employees at the local site level across the country.

Consultants with HR Logistics supported the project through project management, user training, and change management by working with assigned sites during our engagement to support local HR departments and facilitate a smooth transition to the new corporate configuration.
