HR Logistics also partners with Schafer Consulting to provide project management, application consulting, and change management skills within the project facilitation and conduct customized user training.
Schafer Consulting clients benefit from a holistic and objective assessment of the impact of a financial ERP implementation. The assessment includes an analysis of current state from various perspectives including IT and project costs; the challenges of the migration from change management, IT structure, and business process perspectives; and a business case detailing cost considerations and optional configurations. Clients are able to proceed with costly technology initiatives informed and prepared for the project. The impact, expense, and ROI is clearly documented and considered by all executive stakeholders prior to the approval and kick off of the project. The result is an objective, clearly defined project outline and budget which decreases risks, wasted resources and/or poor execution. Clients are more thoroughly served through a turnkey approach which includes Finance, IT, Human Resources, Payroll, and Change Management and the leveraging of ERP integrated technology to achieve strategic cross functional efficiency.
