Jason Soffer – IT Strategy and Business Analysis

Jason Soffer is a senior IT executive focusing on Technology Strategy, Business Analysis and Portfolio & Project Management.  During his 20 year tenure in IT, Jason has helped clients implement process improvements in order to achieve increased efficiency and productivity, and assume a metrics-based culture.  With a focus on ensuring a return of investment, Jason facilitates collaboration between IT and non-IT executives to demonstrate and sell the financial value of a project.  Jason has worked across industries, with considerable experience in HR / Payroll Outsourcing, Business Process Offshoring, Workforce Management, and Knowledge Management.

Jason’s specific focus areas include process mapping and business analysis in order to define the “future” state of the organization, technology implementation in order to support that “future” state, and the implementation of methods and practices that monitor the success of the implemented changes.
