Heather Maria Kubik – Director of Relationship Management
Heather Maria Kubik, PHR, serves as Director of Relationship Management for HRL and is responsible for identifying and building valuable relationships between HRL and our customers, partners, colleagues, associates and vendors. Heather also manages our portfolio of products and services including development and delivery of these products and services.
With regards to customer and project support, Heather brings expertise in building complex project accounting reports and processes that give our customers detailed project status and cost analysis – in real time.
In addition, she manages HRL’s website and various social media outlets so when you post a comment on the blog or send a message via Twitter she will receive your message!
Heather brings experience in employee development, live and virtual workshop design and facilitation, and project management supporting global programs and customers to the HRL team.
