HR Technology and Strategy

HR Logistics consultants have been involved in multiple HR technology projects as
both internal HR practitioners and external consultants.  Through our experience
we have gained depth and expertise in multiple HR systems - both COTS
(commercial off the shelf), as outsourced solutions, point solutions, and within ERP
(enterprise resource planning) systems.  

As former practitioners, we approach every HR technology project with one primary
objective - to ensure the technology support your organization's business
processes.  It is our belief that the technology should support you, not you support
the technology.  Consequently, we work with our clients to assess business
processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, provide recommendations on best
practices, and re-engineer processes to achieve business process optimization by
leveraging the technology.

Phase I assesses the current state of technology and develops the business case
analysis and recommendations as described in
Human Risk Management.   The
costs for these services are the same for a technology project.  

Phase II takes the technology initiative one step further and begins to plan the
project execution including the development of a RFP (Request for Proposal) which
is sent to software vendors.  During this phase, HR Logistics works with you to
design the project plan, consider risks identified during the business case study,
and objectively assess vendors for the ability to successfully support your business
operations.  We work with you, using the results of the assessment, to develop a
plan of action that is uniquely yours.

The cost of Phase II is $24,000.

Phase III involves the implementation of your technology plan.  The implementation
is also customized to your organization, your strengths and weaknesses, and your
timetable and challenges.  We have worked with you to design the plan and now
bring that knowledge and familiarity to the implementation process.  

Our experience with multiple transformation projects has also taught us the
importance of blending training, change, and communications into any project that
will impact the organizational landscape.  During Phase III, we can provide HR
subject matter expertise to you, project management, and/or customized training
based on your unique needs.  

The cost of Phase III must be determined on a per project basis as each
organization's need for our services during implementation will be different.  We
