Kristie Evans is a former Human Resources practitioner with over 20 years experience as an internal executive, 8
years as external consultant and experience in over 60 projects in a variety of industries and organizations including:
Ms. Evans experience includes financial assessment and planning with budgets as large as $40 million and has
involved business initiatives including:
Through her extensive experience working with business initiatives and projects, she has developed her signature
approach to project management that blends competencies in business analysis, fiscal assessment, strategic
planning, project management, and strategic technical deployment and management.
Ms. Evans brings a sophisticated comfort with the business world that includes political communication and
assessment as well as sound financial assessment. She is experienced in aligning Human Resources initiatives and
delivery with the strategic vision of the business while financially sophisticated about cost containment and bottom
line results.

accountability, Ms. Evans provides excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the change
