Kristie Evans is a former Human Resources practitioner with over 20 years experience as
both an internal Director/Consultant and an external Consultant managing projects and
engagements in healthcare, chemical, nonprofit, manufacturing and government industries.
During her career, Ms. Evans has been engaged in over 33 projects involving a variety of
business initiatives including business reorganizations and global Human Resources. Her
experience with fiscal accountability has involved budgets as large as $40 million. Through
her extensive experience working with project teams, she has developed her signature
approach to project management that blends competencies in communication, fiscal
assessment and management, and strategic technical deployment and management.
Ms. Evans’ experience includes multiple integration projects due to acquisitions, mergers and
HRIT system upgrades, conversions and implementations. For ten years, Ms. Evans worked
as an internal practitioner in the healthcare industry working with hospital systems as large
as 7,000 employees. These positions were followed by work within the chemical industry with
the global organizations of Aventis and Bayer before choosing to start her own firm in 2003.
Since 2003, Ms. Evans has completed 24 projects for her clients using her blended approach
to ensure their success.
Ms. Evans expertise includes Business Analysis and Case Development, Risk Assessment
and Management, Project Management, Communication and Change Management for
projects impacting the workforce such as HR Information Systems, Outsourcing, and Re-
Engineering. Ms. Evans brings a sophisticated comfort with the business world that includes
political communication and assessment as well as sound financial assessment. She is
experienced in aligning Human Resources initiatives and delivery with the strategic vision of
the business while financially sophisticated about cost containment and bottom line results.
